Calling all Bikers and Fitness Buffs!

We have the most convenient set-up for bikers anywhere in Des Moines, with our on-site bike shop and storage, you'll want to ride everywhere, plus you can hop right on the MLK Bike Trail that connects to the larger trail system in Des Moines.

Our large fitness center has some amazing downtown views with several pieces of equipment, plus tons of floor space for you and some friends to roll out your yoga mats, or do some push-ups.

The location at MLK and 6th is easily walkable to all of Downtown Des Moines' employers, shopping, festivals, and sporting events!

The building will have 2 roof decks, perfect for catching up with a neighbor for a happy hour beverage, watching the Principal Park Fireworks on Fridays, or gathering for a friendly rivalry game.

The first-floor gallery space is a perfect spot for co-working or hosting a colleague for a quick in-person meetup.

Connolly Commons is our 1st-floor clubhouse. It has a lounge-y, speakeasy vibe with a bar area, club chairs, and a walk-out patio, a great space to gather.
